The Challenge
One video decides everything. Record 10 minutes, no cuts: first 5 minutes — maximum push-ups. Next 5 minutes — maximum burpees. Proper form only — sloppy reps don't count. Your parent must be visible in the video. The underdog with the highest clean total takes the sponsorship.
5 minutes max push-ups + 5 minutes max burpees. One continuous video. A parent must appear in the video and stay present throughout.
Sponsorship for training, nutrition and gear — paid monthly to your parent/guardian while you stay in the program.
The winner posts at least 10 workout vlogs every month — your grind motivates the next underdog.
One transformation update every month, approved by OXGOAT. Keep rising, keep the sponsorship.
Who Can Enter
Age 10–18, anywhere in India. This challenge is for kids and teens — and their parents. A parent/guardian fills the form, gives written consent, appears in the challenge video, and stays present during training for safety. The agreement is signed by — and all payments go to — the parent.
Form over numbers. Judges count clean reps only. Rest whenever you need — resting shows discipline, collapsing doesn't. Results are compared fairly within age.
Zero cost to enter. We never ask for fees, deposits or payments — from kids or parents. Anyone asking money in OXGOAT's name is a fraud. The hunt is free.
How It Works
Record the 10-minute challenge video — one continuous take: 5 minutes of push-ups, then 5 minutes of burpees. Your parent must be visible in the video. Count your reps out loud if you can. Phone camera is fine — we judge reps, not cameras.
Post it on YouTube with the title "OXGOAT Underdog Challenge — [Your Name]" and paste the link in the form below. Your challenge video going public IS the movement — every entry inspires another kid to get off the couch.
We pick our underdog. Highest clean-rep total with proper form (compared fairly within age) wins ₹10,000/month. Shortlisted families get a call from OXGOAT.
